Understanding pedia Transaction Records
Every action that moves money in or out of your pedia account generates a transaction record. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, we log the payment method, amount, timestamp, and confirmation status. When you place a bet on a live roulette table or a Liga 1 match, we record the stake, odds (if applicable), and outcome. When you request a withdrawal, we track the processing stage—pending, verified, or completed.
Our transaction history page displays these records in reverse chronological order (newest first) so you can quickly spot recent activity. Each row shows the transaction type (deposit, bet, win, withdrawal), the amount in Indonesian Rupiah, the date and time, and the resulting account balance. We include a status indicator: green for completed, yellow for pending, and grey for cancelled or expired entries.
Deposit and Withdrawal Tracking
When you fund your pedia account, we record the payment method and the exact moment the funds arrive. If you use online payment or e-wallet, the transaction typically completes within seconds. Bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet may take longer depending on your bank's processing window. Our history shows the pending state while we verify the transfer, then updates to completed once the funds settle.
Withdrawals follow a similar pattern. You request a payout, we verify your account details and check for any pending bets, then we process the transfer back to your chosen payment method. Our transaction history logs each stage—request submitted, verification in progress, approved, and finally transferred. We do not guarantee exact withdrawal times; processing depends on your bank and the payment rail you selected.
Game Session Records on pedia
Every time you join a live-dealer table on pedia—whether it's blackjack, roulette, baccarat, or Dragon Tiger—we log your session. The transaction history shows the game name, your starting balance, the total amount wagered during that session, and your ending balance. If you played multiple hands or spins, we aggregate them into one session record so your history stays readable.
For slot games like Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, or Gates of Olympus, we record each spin as a separate transaction if you prefer detailed tracking, or we can bundle them into a session summary. Our sportsbook bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or MotoGP appear as individual wagers with the match details, odds, and settlement status. This granularity helps you review your play patterns and understand where your account balance moved.

Filtering and Exporting Your History
Our pedia platform lets you narrow your transaction history by date, transaction type, payment method, or game category. If you want to see only your deposits from the past month, or only your live-dealer sessions, or only your withdrawals via mobile banking, you can apply those filters instantly. The filtered view updates on your mobile app and desktop browser in sync.
We also offer an export function so you can download your transaction history as a CSV file for personal record-keeping or accounting purposes. This export includes all the same fields visible in the app—date, time, type, amount, balance, and status. You can export the full history or just a date range you select.
Account Balance and Running Totals
Each transaction record shows your account balance immediately after that transaction settled. This running total helps you trace how your balance changed over time. If you see a discrepancy—a balance that does not match your expectation—you can review the transaction sequence to identify where the difference occurred. Our transaction history is the authoritative record of your account state.
During high-traffic periods (such as Idul Fitri or major football tournaments like Piala Indonesia), transaction processing may take slightly longer, but we log the timestamp the moment you initiate the action. Your history reflects the actual sequence of events, not the display delay.
Security and Data Integrity
We protect your transaction history with the same security measures we use for your account login and payment data. Your history is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not share your transaction details with third parties except where required by applicable law or to process your payments through our banking partners.
If you notice an unauthorized transaction or believe your history contains an error, contact our support team. We investigate discrepancies and can provide detailed logs of the transaction in question. Our standard verification process may require you to confirm your identity before we disclose sensitive transaction details.
