How Free Play Works on pedia
When you open pedia for the first time on mobile or desktop, we assign you a play-money account. This balance is separate from any real-money wallet. You can enter live-dealer tables—blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger—and place bets using play credits. Each hand, spin, or round resolves exactly as it would in a real-money session. The dealer is real. The studio is real. The only fiction is the stake currency.
Your Free Play balance resets each calendar day at midnight UTC+7. If you finish a session with 50,000 play credits remaining, that total clears, and you wake up with a fresh allocation the next morning. This design prevents Free Play from becoming a parallel economy; it encourages you to test strategies within a bounded window, then either move to real money or return tomorrow.
Which Tables Are Available in Free Play?
- Live blackjack: Multi-camera studios, side-bet options, and a new table opens every 30 seconds on pedia.
- European roulette: Single-zero wheel, real-time spin results, chat with other players in Free Play mode.
- Baccarat: Standard shoe play, trend-tracking tools, and live scorecards visible to all participants.
- Dragon Tiger: Fast-paced two-card combat format, subject to verification, minimal waiting between rounds.
- Sic Bo: Dice-based game with dozens of betting combinations, all available in Free Play on pedia.
We do not restrict Free Play access to a limited subset of tables. If a studio is live on pedia, you can join it in Free Play. This is intentional: we want you to experience the full depth of our dealer network before committing money.
Mobile Experience and Low-Data Mode
Our pedia app was designed around the reality of Indonesian mobile networks. Not every user has unlimited data. During peak hours on Liga 1 match days or around Idul Fitri, bandwidth can tighten. We built a low-data streaming option that keeps dealer video clear while cutting file sizes by up to non-specific info.

When you activate low-data mode in our app settings, the video bitrate drops from 2.5 Mbps to around 1.2 Mbps, and we skip redundant frame transmission. The dealer's face remains legible, cards are visible, and chip placement on the table is clear. You lose some ambient detail—background studio motion, secondary camera angles—but the core game is unaffected. We recommend low-data mode if you're on 3G networks or during peak evening hours.
Transitioning from Free Play to Real Money
When you decide to play for real, the process on pedia is straightforward. Open the deposit menu, choose your payment rail—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a direct bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet—and confirm your deposit. Your first deposit is subject to account verification, which includes a two-factor authentication code sent to your registered mobile number and a mobile bankingef identity check (image of your ID card and a selfie).
Once verified, your real-money wallet is live. Your Free Play balance remains separate and continues to reset daily, but you now have access to a cash wallet. Any session—whether you start in Free Play, switch to real money mid-session, or do both in the same day—is tracked separately in our transaction history. We do not mingle play-money and real-money bets in a single round; you choose which wallet funds each table join.
Account Security During Free Play
Because Free Play uses play money, some users assume account security is less critical. It is not. Your pedia account is a gateway to real-money play, personal data, and banking integrations. We require a strong password (minimum 12 characters, mixed case, numerals) for all accounts, Free Play or real-money. Two-factor authentication is optional but strongly advised; enabling it adds a second PIN code to every login and withdrawal request.
During Free Play sessions, if you leave your device unattended, anyone with physical access can join tables or transfer your real-money balance (if you have one). We recommend setting a session timeout of subject to verification on the pedia app. After subject to verification of inactivity, you are logged out automatically, and the next login requires a password and, if enabled, a 2FA code.
Free Play Limits and Fair Play Rules
Our Free Play mode is open to all users in supported jurisdictions. There is no minimum age or deposit requirement to access it. However, we do apply a few limits to prevent abuse:
- Daily play-credit allocation: Each account receives a fresh allocation each day. Unused credits do not roll forward.
- Table chat: Free Play users can chat with other Free Play users and with real-money players in the same studio. Abusive language or spam results in a 24-hour chat suspension.
- Data integrity: All hands, spins, and results in Free Play are logged and audited. Collusion detection monitors unusual patterns across multiple accounts.
- Withdrawal prohibition: You cannot withdraw play-money credits. Only real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.
Free Play in Sportsbook and Slots
Free Play on pedia is not limited to live-dealer tables. Our sportsbook also offers a play-money mode. You can predict Liga 1 match outcomes, Piala AFF fixtures, or international tournaments using free credits, and the payout odds are identical to real-money bets. If your prediction is correct, your play-money balance grows. This is useful if you are new to sports betting and want to understand odds, bet slips, and in-play markets before risking real funds.
Slot games—Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways—also support Free Play on pedia. Because slots are RTP-based (return-to-player percentage fixed by the game math), there is no dealer or live element; the game logic runs server-side and returns results in milliseconds. Free Play slots operate on the same RTP as real-money spins, so you get an accurate sense of variance and win frequency.
